"Front fork was bent when delivered. Tried to contact support and it took more than a week to get someone to response. And then another week to get a return label generated. After returning the item for more than 2 weeks they still said they are waiting for the item to reach their warehouse. This company is a joke"

It's too heavy, hard to handle, the seat height is misaligned with the bottom bracket, the handlebars don't raise high enough, the small wheels are poor quality and make a very high-pitched noise when the bike is rolling, … Very bad purchase. 1 star because it looks nice, but that's all. Can we return it?"
"The bike is lovely, but we didn't receive a response to our inquiry about the front wheel not fitting the frame. We went to Smyths Toys to buy a replacement, and the kind man there told us that the frame had probably been squashed during shipping and advised us to try widening it by standing on one fork and pulling on the other side. My husband tried this when we got home, and luckily it worked. This was certainly not thanks to your automated system at Deryan. I won’t be ordering from there again—your customer service is nonexistent."
"Nice bike. But unfortunately, I had to assemble 50% of it myself. That was actually pretty tricky. Installing the front brake was a nightmare. I’d already thrown away the original box because it took me so long to assemble the bike. So returning it wasn’t an option anymore. In the end, I had to call in a bike mechanic. Even he took a long time with it and called it unsafe junk. Next time, I’ll buy a bike in a store and not online."

It's very attractive, sturdy, and equipped with all the safety features for young children, including a chain guard and a steering angle limiter—which is very useful for little ones just starting out. It's an excellent product that arrived quickly and was perfectly packaged."
"The children's bike itself is very good, and we're happy with it. Unfortunately, the delivery experience was disappointing. The website stated a delivery time of 2–3 days, but we ended up waiting much longer. We were not informed about any delay in advance. We were only told later that the company was moving from one warehouse to another, which was causing delivery issues. In total, the delivery took around two weeks. We decided to keep the bike because we like it, but the long delivery time and lack of communication were very disappointing."

However, three weeks later, a new shipment still hasn’t been sent, even though it was supposed to be. They haven’t responded to multiple emails. So their customer support for non-delivery is extremely poor, even though the delivery error wasn’t their fault."
