Where can I view my points?
Log in to your account. Your points will be displayed at the top of the page.
Are my points expiring?
Yes, points expire after one year without account activity.
Do my rewards expire?
No, once your rewards are activated in your account, they do not expire.
What happens to my points if I return an order?
If you return an order, the points received for it will be deducted from your account again.
When will I receive my birthday gift?
On your birthday! The only exception is if you enter your birth date within 30 days before your birthday, then you will receive your birthday points next year.
I forgot to use my points at checkout, can I still apply them?
No, unfortunately points cannot be applied retroactively after the order is completed.
