"The worst communication I've ever experienced. First, the goods were shipped more than a month late, and then a return wasn't possible. They are impossible to reach by phone. Eventually, you get a reply to an email promising that the issue will be handled, but nothing happens. Then you cancel the order, and—even though the goods hadn't even been packed and no action had been taken on the order—the cancellation is rejected. Now you’re stuck with the costs and goods you no longer need. In short: absolutely not recommended. The worst communication I’ve ever experienced.
