My tent is leaking and
"My tent is leaking and isn't waterproof, and it's been very hard to get help with this. I contacted Deryan I tried out the tent I was looking forward to using this summer, but I had to move into my friend's tent because it seems to be leaking everywhere. I'm a disappointed customer, and their customer service is just as bad as the tent. I haven't received any help with this, and I told Deryan it after I used my leaking tent during Midsummer."
It's a great tent, though
"It's a great tent, though I wasn't able to test it in the rain (luckily). I just noticed that there are a couple of spots where the fabric is scuffed, so if it rains, water might seep inside. They aren't holes, but I can see that the waterproof "filler" is missing. I hope it won't be a problem."
I'm short on money for the refund
"I returned the tent; it had scuffs on the inside and was leaking. I haven't received a refund, even though I've already written to the company twice. I'm warning others."

"As leaky as a sieve. Even when it’s not raining—in the morning, everything is soaking wet from the bottom due to condensation and whatever just seeps through the floor. (I bought the extra water-resistant tent… SO THIS ONE ISN’T.) After using it for one summer (while grumbling), it’s ready for the trash. I also think customer service didn’t handle this well. I’m giving it a second star just because it’s a bit taller, which is nice. Nice tent for inside the living room."

"It's falling apart at the seams. It's no good."
Easy
"So easy to use! It’s a bit on the small side for four adults, but with two adults, you have more than enough space. My husband also slept in it with our two kids (ages 10 and 8). With a little creativity and a few pillows instead of sleeping pads, it worked out just fine. In warm weather, it’s ideal that you can leave it open on all sides for fresh air, while the mosquito nets keep the mosquitoes out. I just don’t think it’s suitable for bad weather. For us, at any rate, it was a super-handy solution during a family weekend. It made a huge difference that we didn’t have to set up our big tent."
