"The chairs look like they're good quality, but I'm giving them one star because out of the four I ordered, I only received two, and despite several emails since September 16, the date I received them, the missing chairs haven't been sent to me."
"Not durable or safe to use. Customer service is very slow to respond, resulting in a very poor experience and dissatisfaction. The tray is unusable; it can easily be removed from the high chair by an infant, which has caused damage to the tray and the part where it slots in and secures—incredibly dangerous if this happens when the high chair is at its full height. I just want my money back now."

"We bought this camping high chair for our six-week trip, drawn in by the reasonable price and positive reviews—but we weren't entirely satisfied with it. On the plus side, the quality relative to the price is genuinely good. The chair is very sturdy, stays stable on the ground, and is surprisingly lightweight. However, we weren't happy with the overall comfort for our child. The seat surface isn’t taut enough, causing the child to sink in too deeply, which makes the attached tray far too high for comfortable eating. The backrest is also positioned too far back and does not compensate for the sinking, leaving the child in a semi-reclined position. We had to pad the chair with towels to make it work, but over time our child became so unhappy with it that we ended up feeding him on our lap instead. We would not purchase this again."
