I regret the purchase; as it stands, the bike has no front wheel, and I haven’t been refunded! It’s baffling in this day and age. Even their AI email system acknowledges the frustration, yet “their human colleagues”—as they call them—do nothing; there are no replies and no action taken. The bike looks nice, but it’s impossible to assemble, and there’s no response! Their service is terrible! A total zero. And in French because I’m French: I’m very disappointed with Deryan how they’ve handled the problem I’m having with a children’s bike I bought from them. The bike has a problem: the front wheel can’t be attached to the bike’s fork; the space between the two fork legs is too narrow, and one of them appears to be bent.
