"Great stroller with excellent suspension. It handles my 5-year-old's weight perfectly. The only downsides are that small items fall out of the basket when it's folded, the folding mechanism sometimes gets stuck, and if you have longer legs, you might accidentally kick the brake while walking. Otherwise, I highly recommend it!"
"Actually, I wanted a stroller that cost €750, but I saw an ad for Deryan with a discount, so I decided to order this model for myself and our outings. It’s easy to fold and lightweight, which is great because my child’s old stroller had very stiff wheels and was hard to push. After I received and tried out the Deryan , it rolls incredibly smoothly. I love it! Thanks to how easy it is to fold and its lightweight design, I’ve scrapped my plans to buy another, overpriced stroller. The Deryan is much better value for the money. I’m very satisfied."
"There are some issues with the model. I contacted customer service but still haven't heard back... They told me they were looking into it, but I still haven't heard anything from them. There's a shipping order that's been open for more than two weeks—I'm supposed to receive it—but again, it's been more than two weeks and they still haven't even sent it."
"This is a terrible company to deal with. The stroller broke after 2–3 weeks, and they refuse to issue a refund or repair it unless you pay for international shipping to return it. The back of the stroller keeps folding down when it’s upright, which is unsafe for your child, and the wheels constantly lock up, which is also not ideal. AVOID at all costs."
"After sending numerous emails that went unanswered and reporting them for scams and fraud on various social media platforms, I was told there was a printing error—even though I had requested a refund weeks earlier. Later, I was told they had already shipped the order and couldn’t cancel the shipping label. That was over 3 weeks ago, and I still haven’t received my order. Worst company ever. "The padding on the straps and the buckle comes off every time; the backrest doesn't adjust properly—it could go a little higher, so the child doesn't sit very comfortably. The leg rest is fixed and cannot be adjusted. And the canopy can only be set to one position."

"Sure. To fill out that review field, I’d write something short, direct, and strong in French: ⭐ Very disappointed with customer service. I received the cart in a different color than the one I ordered. I reported the problem less than 30 minutes after placing my order, but my request was ignored. Despite my follow-ups, no real solution was offered: I’m simply being asked to return the product and get a refund, when all I want is to receive the color I ordered. I find this very disappointing, especially since the product was purchased on sale and I would now have to pay more to reorder it. This shows a lack of professionalism and, above all, a real lack of support and solutions for the customer."
