"Very poor service. I placed my order on July 6. After waiting for weeks, I finally received only the cushion, while the chair is still missing. I’ve contacted them several times and am given different information each time. My order is even marked as fully delivered, even though the chair hasn’t been delivered. Furthermore, it’s very difficult to reach customer service when you want to cancel an order or request a refund. I’m very disappointed with this service and the way my issue is being handled. Unfortunately, I do not recommend this online store."

"We’ve been using this high chair for 3 months now. It’s a nice high chair, and the tabletop is a good size. A few minor areas for improvement. The chair could have been a bit narrower, especially for a baby. The included cushion is very thin and offers no support. The seat from another popular high chair fits well inside this one and provides a bit more support on the sides. The tabletop has a rim where food gets stuck, and it’s hard to clean out. My daughter has already gotten her finger stuck three times in the tabletop’s click-lock mechanism. Otherwise, the chair is very sturdy. If the issues mentioned above were addressed, it would earn a 5-star rating."

"We're really happy with this high chair. We use it in the backyard. We take it with us when we go camping or visit friends where we know there isn't a high chair. It's compact, so it's easy to pack in the car. Our friends have even started asking to borrow it. It's a great product!"

"SCAMMED!!! PLEASE AVOID THIS COMPANY!!! The prices may seem cheaper than buying in the UK, but don’t be fooled. Once your order arrives, you’ll be charged customs fees, which can make the total cost higher than buying the same items here in the UK. The worst part is the returns process. I returned my order over three months ago, and I still haven’t received my refund. The tracking confirms that the item was delivered back to them, yet all I get are automated emails saying they’re “reviewing the return.” There has been no resolution and no refund. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this company. Be aware of the additional customs charges and the difficulties you may face if you need to return an item or obtain a refund."

The high chair is great, really
"The high chair is great—it's really well made and has a large tray. A couple of things to mention, though. The seat is quite large, so if your baby is under 10 months, you might want to buy some kind of insert; we had to put a cushion behind my baby's back so she wouldn't slip around, since the included harness slips off her narrow shoulders. It'll be fine once she's a bit bigger, though. The seams in the plastic around the outside of the seat and tray aren’t the easiest to clean when your little one gets food everywhere. But overall, we’re happy with our purchase."
