It is important not to want too much in a short time, your body after pregnancy needs at least six weeks to recover. During the weight loss, you should expect to lose about 1 pound a week. If you are still breastfeeding, you should not live with too much of a calorie deficit. You should expect to consume about 500 calories more a day. You should therefore not live in a calorie deficit where you only consume 1500 kcal a day, eat at least 2000 kcal so you can lose weight but still can provide healthy breastfeeding.
Lose weight by eating healthy
After pregnancy, you should not immediately start losing weight, as your body still needs to recover from the pregnancy. Six weeks after the birth, you have a follow-up check-up with the midwife, where you can discuss whether you are ready to lose weight.
After pregnancy, you often don't have much time to cook, you are busy all day with your baby, and when you finally have some time for yourself, you usually don't feel like cooking. This often makes you eat unhealthily, you can avoid this by making sure you always have meals ready. Ask your friend if he might want to cook, you freeze these meals, and this way you always have something healthy in the house.

Just like with your diet, you should also wait a bit with exercising until your body has fully recovered. When you start exercising, build it up slowly. Do you notice that something requires too much energy? Then stop the exercise and rest, because your body may not be fully recovered yet. Exercise is one of the most important things if you want to lose weight, but don't go too fast, as this can lead to injuries, and then you'll be even further away from your goal.
