Bolt Running Stroller Black

Shipping on schedule and

"Shipping was on time and the product was well-packaged. The stroller is practical and easy to maneuver, especially for outdoor walks and on slightly uneven terrain. Obviously, it’s a bit bulky, but that’s an acceptable trade-off considering its design and intended use. The wrist strap is a nice feature, providing added safety during use. In my opinion, however, the stroller’s locking mechanism is a bit flimsy; I would have preferred it to be sturdier. Overall, I’m very satisfied with the purchase."

It's a very practical stroller,

"It’s a very practical stroller, with basic and intuitive storage and usage options. It’s quite comfortable for use on the road. The zipper system lets you check on the baby even when the cover is closed. Storing it in the car is just as easy, though it takes up quite a bit of space, as expected—which is also the case if you live in an apartment. What I would change: a more intuitive top pocket and a more flexible suspension."

What happened? I still haven't

"What happened? I still haven't received the items."

— SHAFI I. ( 5/5 )

"I didn't receive the product I ordered. I waited a whole month, and the package wasn't even shipped. After several days of difficult email exchanges, the company said it would refund my money. I haven't received the refund yet, and I don't know when I will. I don't recommend them!"

Robust; does what it promises.

"It's sturdy and does what it says it will. That said, the materials aren't the highest quality—but you get what you pay for."

An absolute disaster! I have the

"An absolute disaster! I never received the Bolt rain cover. On April 6, I was promised that it would be sent later, since it was missing from the main shipment. On April 14, I was told that the shipment had been 'prioritized.' Today is April 22 and I still have nothing! No product, no tracking number, just automated emails. It’s raining in Germany and I can’t use the strollers. Customer service is terrible!"

So far, so good

"So far, so good—except for the tire pump, which is ridiculous, and the fact that one tire already blew out after just one week. It's great for hiking in the countryside and such, but a bit heavier than I expected. It took a really long time to arrive, and unfortunately, customer service wasn't very helpful."
