"Extremely poor customer service. After weeks of no communication and AI responses to my emails, I had to go through my bank to get my money back; they then shipped the items... after I canceled the order and had my money back from my bank for over 10 days. It took a month for an actual person to email me—which was weeks after I canceled the order and after the items had already arrived—and they then had the nerve to tell me they expect me to pay to ship them back. I can’t comment on the quality of the items, since they’re still in the boxes, but the customer service is horrible, and I fully expect them to avoid and dispute any and all warranty claims—that is, if you can actually get a person to respond."

Overall, I'm very satisfied.

"Overall, I’m very satisfied with the Deryan stroller. The materials seem to be of good quality; it’s lightweight, handles well, and—most importantly—the folding mechanism is very practical: you can fold it with just one hand, which is really important when you’re holding your baby in the other. We’re using it at the beach as a second stroller, and so far it’s performing very well. The lower storage basket is spacious and convenient, the backrest can be fully reclined, and the safety harness system is well-designed and practical. However, there are a couple of aspects that I think could be improved. The first concerns opening the stroller. The stroller opens easily with the main motion, but the two side hinges on the backrest frame don’t always lock into place immediately. To get them to click into place properly, you need a fairly firm motion—almost a flick of the wrist—or you have to help by holding the frame steady with your knees. Considering how easy it is to close it with one hand, it would be nice to have the same immediacy when opening it as well. The second point concerns the canopy. When it’s fully extended upward, it comes very close to the handlebar and tends to get in the way of your hands while pushing the stroller, leaving little room to grip it comfortably. When the canopy is extended forward to protect the child from the sun, however, the problem practically disappears. Finally, one of the main reasons we bought it still needs to be verified: to see if airlines will actually accept it as carry-on luggage. I’ll only be able to give my opinion on this after testing it while traveling. Otherwise, for now, it’s an excellent second stroller: practical, compact, well-built, and above all, very comfortable for everyday use."
