Open the valve and let the mattress inflate on its own. When it is fully inflated, close the valve. This way, you can get the mattress ready for use in just a few simple steps.
If the mattress isn't fully inflated after self-inflation, you can add more air through the small openings in the valve.
After use, roll up the mattress and store it in the carrying bag. This is convenient if you want to take it with you for a stay away from home or store it at home.
Wipe down the surface with a damp cloth. Then let the mattress air dry before storing it again. Do not use a dryer.
