"The tent I purchased generally meets my expectations; however, the included mattress was a real disappointment. It is very uncomfortable and far too narrow. I was also unhappy with the delivery process. The order arrived much later than originally announced. The tent instructions could also be improved. The translations in all languages are poorly done, and the black-and-white pictures are not very helpful. Video instructions would have been much clearer. Additionally, the manual states that no other mattresses should be used, but this important information was not mentioned anywhere on the website where I made the purchase. As a result, I bought an additional mattress unnecessarily. Also, the website has a mixture of Dutch and English and contradictory information."
