"We're so happy with this purchase! We wanted one that could be used for climbing, sliding, hiding, and relaxing, and eventually as a desk. We're so impressed! It arrived super fast and was easy to put together. The cushion is great quality, too. We're happy with a purchase that will grow with our little one 🥰"
"Our daughter likes it so far. The only downside—and the reason I’m giving it 3 stars—is that it can’t really be used on its own. The arch is too narrow and small. It also tips over very easily when used on its own, especially when our daughter tries to pull herself up. She is 1 year old and no longer fits comfortably in it. The cushion also collects dust and hair very easily, which is another drawback. Another issue is that the triangular step doesn’t have a locking mechanism. This means that when used on its own, it can collapse. You also need to place it on a mat or another non-slip surface, as it tends to slide and shift under the baby’s weight. Overall, it has some useful features if you’re creative enough. However, due to the issues mentioned above, I wouldn’t buy it again."
"I waited two months for my order, but it never arrived. During that time, I sent the company 24 emails. They kept apologizing, but took no meaningful action to resolve the problem. This has been the worst online shopping experience of my life. The company is extremely unprofessional, unreliable, and clearly does not value its customers. As of today, I have received neither my order nor a refund. I can only hope that they will eventually return my money. I strongly advise against buying anything from this company. If something goes wrong, you may be left for months without your order, without your money, and with nothing but endless apologies."
"It looks exactly like it does in the pictures. It's easy to assemble and looks safe and sturdy. Hopefully, my daughter will have lots of fun playing with it. Right now, I'm really excited about it. We'll see how it holds up once we've had it for a while."
"A larger version would be great so you could use it longer. The quality is top-notch, though, just like the delivery time."
"Pedí varias cosas en un mismo pedido, y después de tres semanas esperando este articulo no me llegó. Lo tuve que reclamar y finalmente solicité devolución del dinero"
"The play tower was well-received. Just one minor issue: the chalkboard isn't smooth. I don't think it was installed properly. There are bubbles on it."
"The problem is that the panel isn't glued on properly. I've already sent two emails, but I have to wait a very long time to get a response. I hope the damaged part will be replaced; otherwise, I won't be buying from you again in the future."
"Delivered neatly packaged and easy to assemble. A well-made swing set for children ages 1 and up. The curved part is a bit tight for comfortable swinging."
"Leuk speelgoed. Áls het eenmaal in elkaar zit. Er ontbreken onderdelen en er zijn schroeven afgebroken. Matige kwaliteit."
