Incorrect information
"In terms of value for money, it’s a good product, but the information is incorrect. The website says you can use it up to 1 year of age, but according to the safety instructions on the product itself, it should only be used up to 5 months of age—and indeed, once she starts rolling over, it’s unsafe. Because of this, it was a waste of money for us. We received it way too late, so she was already 4.5 months old. Customer service is also terrible—you get a quick response to emails, but nothing ever happens. I had to request a return even though the 14-day period had already passed. They said they would look into it and resolve the issue, but more than a month later, nothing has happened yet..."
