Is de EVY Reiswieg geschikt voor pasgeborenen?

Yes. The EVY Travel Cot is designed for newborns and little ones who cannot yet sit upright and offers a flat lying position, which is important for safe sleeping for young babies. The travel cot is compact and lightweight, making it practical for use at home and on the go, and the design focuses on ease of use when packing and unpacking. Parents and caregivers looking for a safe, portable sleeping place for short naps or travel will benefit most from this product. Please note that a carrycot is intended for temporary use; stop using it as soon as the baby can sit or push themselves up independently, and always follow the safety instructions and sleeping tips provided.

Past de EVY Reiswieg op mijn kinderwagen?

That depends on the stroller model. The EVY Carrycot is designed as a travel cot that, thanks to its compact and lightweight construction, can often be combined with different stroller frames, but the attachment method and dimensions vary per stroller. Therefore, check the inner dimensions of the carrycot and the attachment options of your stroller before mounting it. Parents who need multiple transport options or travel regularly with a stroller find this approach most convenient. If you wish, consult the manual for both the carrycot and your stroller for compatibility and secure attachment; some frames require additional adapters or specific attachment points.

Is de EVY Reiswieg veilig om in te slapen tijdens reizen of uitjes?

Yes, the EVY Travel Cot is safe for sleeping while traveling, provided it is used correctly according to the instructions. Important safety features include a flat lying surface suitable for newborns, a stable base to prevent tipping, and a design that allows for supervision during naps. These features make it suitable for parents who want a reliable place for their baby to sleep while on the go. Please note that safe sleeping also means: place the cradle on a flat surface, do not use loose pillows or blankets, and check fastenings before each use. Once the baby can roll over or sit up independently, it is time to switch to a suitable follow-up product.

Hoe maak ik de EVY Reiswieg schoon en onderhoud ik hem?

Cleaning and maintenance are simple but important for safety and hygiene. Clean surfaces with a soft cloth, mild soap, and lukewarm water, and follow the maintenance instructions in the manual for any parts that are removable or washable. Regularly check zippers, fasteners, and stitching for wear and tear, and make sure the mattress is completely dry before storing the crib. Parents and caregivers who travel frequently or use the crib outdoors will especially appreciate how easy maintenance saves time and promotes hygiene. Do not use harsh chemicals and only machine wash parts that are explicitly suitable for washing according to the instructions.

Hoe lang kan ik de EVY Reiswieg gebruiken voordat ik moet overstappen naar een opvolgmodel?

The EVY Travel Cot is intended for use from birth until the baby can sit independently or push themselves up, which is usually around six months. This usage window is based on developmental stages: once a baby can roll over or sit up, the risk of unsafe sleeping positions increases and a firmer sleeping surface is required. Parents looking for a temporary, travel-friendly sleeping solution will benefit most from this. Please note that the actual lifespan depends on your child's individual development pace and usage pattern; check the condition of the cradle regularly and follow the recommendations in the manual.
