Ik wacht nogsteeds op mijn geld en met de verzending was ook steeds wat mis omdat het pakket te groot was voor het pakketpunt ( waar ik zelf niet voor gekozen heb) waardoor ik 4!!! Keer besteld heb voordat ik eindelijk 2 kinderstoelen binnen heb maar heb nu voor 3 betaald en heb nogsteeds mijn geld niet terug en er wordt ook zeer sloom op mijn e-mails gereageerd"
"The bouncy seat is great. I’ll give it a 4 out of 5 for style—he loves it. The only downside is that it’s not super duper easy to get him in and out of—if the strap or harness stayed open on its own instead of flopping down, it would be even easier to pop him in and out. But that’s the only minor issue. Plus, it was easy to put together and start using."

I’ve contacted them several times and am given different information each time. My order is even marked as fully delivered, even though the chair hasn’t been delivered. Furthermore, it’s very difficult to reach customer service when you want to cancel an order or request a refund. I’m very disappointed with this service and the way my issue is being handled. Unfortunately, I do not recommend this online store."
