"Not durable or safe to use. Customer service is very slow to respond, resulting in a very poor experience and dissatisfaction. The tray is unusable; it can easily be removed from the high chair by an infant, which has caused damage to the tray and the part where it slots in and secures—incredibly dangerous if this happens when the high chair is at its full height. I just want my money back now."

I didn't have any problems with the travel crib, the mattress, the little elephants, or the cushion, which is why the service regarding the high chair is such a letdown. 😟😟😟"

"We bought this camping high chair for our six-week trip, drawn in by the reasonable price and positive reviews—but we weren't entirely satisfied with it. On the plus side, the quality relative to the price is genuinely good. The chair is very sturdy, stays stable on the ground, and is surprisingly lightweight. However, we weren't happy with the overall comfort for our child. The seat surface isn’t taut enough, causing the child to sink in too deeply, which makes the attached tray far too high for comfortable eating. The backrest is also positioned too far back and does not compensate for the sinking, leaving the child in a semi-reclined position. We had to pad the chair with towels to make it work, but over time our child became so unhappy with it that we ended up feeding him on our lap instead. We would not purchase this again."

The high chairs are fine, but

"The high chairs are great, but the customer service at Deryan is terrible. I'm still waiting for my refund, and there were constant issues with shipping because the package was too big for the pickup location (which I didn't even choose myself), so I had to order 4!!! times before I finally received 2 high chairs, but I’ve now paid for 3 and still haven’t gotten my money back, and they’re also very slow to respond to my emails."

"Exactly as pictured and described. I don't know why I assumed it was wood, but it's not—it's metal and plastic—but that's fine. It's really sturdy, compact, and easy to use and clean. A cushion insert would be a good additional option. But overall, it's worth every penny."

"The bouncy seat is great. I’ll give it a 4 out of 5 for style—he loves it. The only downside is that it’s not super duper easy to get him in and out of—if the strap or harness stayed open on its own instead of flopping down, it would be even easier to pop him in and out. But that’s the only minor issue. Plus, it was easy to put together and start using."
