"It's a great tent, though I wasn't able to test it in the rain (luckily). I just noticed that there are a couple of spots where the fabric is scuffed, so if it rains, water might seep inside. They aren't holes, but I can see that the waterproof "filler" is missing. I hope it won't be a problem."

"The worst communication I've ever experienced. First, the goods were shipped more than a month late, and then a return wasn't possible. They are impossible to reach by phone. Eventually, you get a reply to an email promising that the issue will be handled, but nothing happens. Then you cancel the order, and—even though the goods hadn't even been packed and no action had been taken on the order—the cancellation is rejected. Now you’re stuck with the costs and goods you no longer need. In short: absolutely not recommended. The worst communication I’ve ever experienced. (I bought the extra water-resistant tent… SO THIS ONE ISN’T.) After using it for one summer (while grumbling), it’s ready for the trash. I also think customer service didn’t handle this well. I’m giving it a second star just because it’s a bit taller, which is nice. Nice tent for inside the living room."
