A 2-person tent, barely

"It's so much fun to have a little tent like the ones we used to have for the kids. The tent is marketed as a 4-person tent, but if you use narrow sleeping pads, two people can barely fit inside. Plus, the ventilation is terrible. The outside of the tent stays dry, but inside, it’s practically raining when you wake up and the tent sways. Plus, it takes a loooooooooong time to dry. So it looks nice and is fine for a night in the backyard. If you want to use it for ‘real’ camping, don’t bother."

Brilliant little tent that can accommodate

"Brilliant little tent that can accommodate 2 adults and 2 small children. It took less than 2 minutes to set up, and if you watch the video, it's quite easy to take down. I would 100% recommend it."

My tent is leaking and

"My tent is leaking and isn't waterproof, and it's been very hard to get help with this. I contacted Deryan I tried out the tent I was looking forward to using this summer, but I had to move into my friend's tent because it seems to be leaking everywhere. I'm a disappointed customer, and their customer service is just as bad as the tent. I haven't received any help with this, and I told Deryan it after I used my leaking tent during Midsummer."

It's a great tent, though

"It's a great tent, though I wasn't able to test it in the rain (luckily). I just noticed that there are a couple of spots where the fabric is scuffed, so if it rains, water might seep inside. They aren't holes, but I can see that the waterproof "filler" is missing. I hope it won't be a problem."

The Worst Dealer

"The worst communication I've ever experienced. First, the goods were shipped more than a month late, and then a return wasn't possible. They are impossible to reach by phone. Eventually, you get a reply to an email promising that the issue will be handled, but nothing happens. Then you cancel the order, and—even though the goods hadn't even been packed and no action had been taken on the order—the cancellation is rejected. Now you’re stuck with the costs and goods you no longer need. In short: absolutely not recommended. The worst communication I’ve ever experienced. "As leaky as a sieve. Even when it’s not raining—in the morning, everything is soaking wet from the bottom due to condensation and whatever just seeps through the floor. (I bought the extra water-resistant tent… SO THIS ONE ISN’T.) After using it for one summer (while grumbling), it’s ready for the trash. I also think customer service didn’t handle this well. I’m giving it a second star just because it’s a bit taller, which is nice. Nice tent for inside the living room."
