Voor welke leeftijden en groeifases is de Odin Luxe Houten Meegroeistoel geschikt?

The Odin Luxe is designed to grow with your child and is suitable from the moment a baby can sit independently until their teenage years. This is because the chair has an adjustable seat height and adjustable seating position, as well as a solid wood frame that provides durable support. The included bouncer and removable tray make it flexible to use: the bouncer is ideal for younger children who need support, while the tray provides a stable place for toddlers to eat. Older children benefit from the adjustable seat height and footrest. Please note: always follow the exact assembly and weight instructions in the manual for safe use and check that accessories are correctly attached.

Is de Odin Luxe veilig genoeg voor dagelijks gebruik met kleine kinderen?

Yes, the Odin Luxe is safe for daily use when you follow the instructions. Its safety comes from the solid wood frame, which provides stability, and the adjustable parts, which enable an ergonomic sitting position. The tray and bouncer provide additional support so that young children can remain securely in place. Parents who are seeking a sturdy, stable high chair with clear adjustment options and robust materials will benefit most. Please note that safety also depends on correct assembly and regular maintenance; check screws and fastenings and, where applicable, use the straps or brackets supplied in accordance with the instructions.

Is de Odin Luxe geschikt voor kleine keukens of om mee te nemen tijdens reizen?

Yes, the Odin Luxe is well suited for small kitchens and occasional transport because its design is compact and practical. The solid wood frame is compactly designed, and parts such as the dining tray and bouncer can be removed to save space during storage or transport. The chair is light enough to move around the house to the dining table or living room, making it suitable for modern families with limited space. Those who benefit most from this are parents who want a sturdy, multifunctional chair without taking up a lot of storage space. Please note that it is not an ultra-light folding system like some plastic travel chairs; for long-term travel, a special travel model may be more convenient.

Hoe onderhoud en reinig ik de Odin Luxe het beste?

The Odin Luxe is easy to maintain with simple cleaning methods. Clean the wooden parts with a soft cloth and a mild cleaning agent, then wipe dry to prevent damage to the wood. The tray is removable and can be wiped clean or rinsed with warm water and soap. For the bouncer and any fabric parts: remove loose covers if possible and follow the washing instructions in the manual; otherwise, clean stains locally with a damp cloth and a mild detergent. This maintenance advice is especially useful for parents who value hygiene and convenience. Regularly check fastenings and wood joints and repair or replace them in good time if they show signs of wear.

Wat maakt de Odin Luxe anders dan andere kinderstoelen?

The Odin Luxe stands out thanks to its combination of a solid wood frame, a truly adaptable design, and practical accessories such as a bouncer and a tray. Specifically, this means durable materials for stability, multiple adjustment positions for different ages, and modular parts that make the chair multifunctional. This makes the chair suitable for families looking for a long-term investment rather than a temporary plastic solution. Parents who value a stylish, functional chair that can be adapted within the family home or when traveling will benefit greatly from this. One limitation is that the chair is not as light or compact when folded as some specially designed travel chairs; for frequent air travel, a lighter travel model may be more convenient.

Reviews

"Not durable or safe to use. Customer service is very slow to respond, resulting in a very poor experience and dissatisfaction. The tray is unusable; it can easily be removed from the high chair by an infant, which has caused damage to the tray and the part where it slots in and secures—incredibly dangerous if this happens when the high chair is at its full height. I just want my money back now."

— Josephine (1/5)

I would like a positive

"I'd love to write a positive review, but I'm still waiting for your Odin high chair!!!! I've already sent several emails but haven't received a proper response. I didn't have any problems with the travel crib, the mattress, the little elephants, or the cushion, which is why the service regarding the high chair is such a letdown. 😟😟😟"

— Lisette V. (5/5)

not satisfied

"We bought this camping high chair for our six-week trip, drawn in by the reasonable price and positive reviews—but we weren't entirely satisfied with it. On the plus side, the quality relative to the price is genuinely good. The chair is very sturdy, stays stable on the ground, and is surprisingly lightweight. However, we weren't happy with the overall comfort for our child. The seat surface isn’t taut enough, causing the child to sink in too deeply, which makes the attached tray far too high for comfortable eating. The backrest is also positioned too far back and does not compensate for the sinking, leaving the child in a semi-reclined position. We had to pad the chair with towels to make it work, but over time our child became so unhappy with it that we ended up feeding him on our lap instead. We would not purchase this again."

— Norman F. (1/5)

The chair I recommend is

"I recommend this chair—it's exactly what I expected: easy to clean, supports my baby's eating position, and is very high-quality, as well as stylish and comfortable."

— Carla E. (5/5)

The high chairs are fine, but

"The high chairs are great, but the customer service at Deryan is terrible. I'm still waiting for my refund, and there were constant issues with shipping because the package was too big for the pickup location (which I didn't even choose myself), so I had to order 4!!! times before I finally received 2 high chairs, but I’ve now paid for 3 and still haven’t gotten my money back, and they’re also very slow to respond to my emails."

— Rianne V. (1/5)

Exactly as shown and described.

"Exactly as pictured and described. I don't know why I assumed it was wood, but it's not—it's metal and plastic—but that's fine. It's really sturdy, compact, and easy to use and clean. A cushion insert would be a good additional option. But overall, it's worth every penny."

— Tia M. (1/5)

"Good value for the price—a super soft and comfortable baby bouncer and a really practical convertible high chair!! Delivered in 2 days!"

— Gwendoline (5/5)

"Great product. Very easy to use and nicely designed. Fast delivery. I highly recommend it ++"

— Diane D. (5/5)

The bouncy seat is great. I’ll

"The bouncy seat is great. I’ll give it a 4 out of 5 for style—he loves it. The only downside is that it’s not super duper easy to get him in and out of—if the strap or harness stayed open on its own instead of flopping down, it would be even easier to pop him in and out. But that’s the only minor issue. Plus, it was easy to put together and start using."

— Kerry L. (4/5)

"I was looking for a chair that would be sturdy, well-made, and look good... and here it is! I honestly recommend it to everyone—it's perfect in every way. I love it 🥰"
