"Hello, I find it inappropriate to receive a review request when I haven’t even received my order yet. The tracking still shows only “label created” with no movement, which strongly suggests that the package has not been handed over to the carrier. This delay is unacceptable, especially considering the order was placed on March 17 and was supposed to be delivered within a few days. If I do not receive a clear and verifiable update within 24 hours, I will file a dispute and request a chargeback through my payment provider. Please treat this matter with urgency. Thank you."
