Yes. The DERYAN BabyBox is designed as a lightweight, portable sleeping and resting spot that's perfect for traveling with a newborn. It weighs about 3.3 lbs and folds up, making it super easy to bring along in the car, on the train, or in your luggage. The BabyBox comes with a mattress, so you don't need to drag extra bedding and can quickly set up a flat surface. Parents and caregivers who are often on the go, grandparents hosting sleepovers, and families wanting to save space will get the most out of this compact solution. Just remember to always check the user manual for recommended age and weight limits and keep an eye on your baby; for long-term home use, a traditional bassinet might offer more comfort.

The DERYAN BabyBox is more compact and lighter than a traditional travel cot. First off, it weighs only about 3.3 lbs, which is way less than most classic travel cots, making it easier to carry and pack. Secondly, the BabyBox has a foldable design and comes with a mattress, so you don't need to bring as many separate items. Thirdly, it's mainly focused on short trips, visits, and use at home or outdoors — super practical for parents who need flexibility. Families looking to save space and weight while traveling or staying over will benefit the most. Keep in mind that the inner space of the BabyBox is usually smaller than standard cots; for long-term home use or older toddlers, a traditional cot might be more suitable.

Yes, the DERYAN can be used safely as a sleeping place, provided you follow the instructions correctly. The BabyBox offers a firm, flat surface thanks to the included mattress and an enclosed space that prevents a baby from rolling over. Safe use requires that you place the travel cot on a flat surface, that all fastenings and seams are correctly fitted, and that you follow the recommended age and weight limits in the manual. These features make it particularly suitable for traveling parents and caregivers who need a reliable place to sleep. One limitation is that no portable sleeping solution should be used without supervision; for uninterrupted, prolonged sleep at home, a certified crib or cot may be more suitable according to local sleep guidelines.

Super portable! Weighing about 3.3 lbs and featuring a foldable design, the DERYAN BabyBox is specifically made for shorter trips and easy transport. Since it folds up and comes with a mattress, you'll need fewer separate items, and the BabyBox can quickly be popped into a suitcase or car trunk. This makes it perfect for flights, weekend getaways, and visits where light travel is key. Parents and caregivers who prioritize compact solutions and quick setup/takedown will love these features most. Just remember that carry-on or baggage dimensions vary by carrier; always check before you leave to make sure the packed size fits your transport's rules.

You can clean the BabyBox and mattress, but always follow the care instructions in the user manual for optimal care. In general, remove loose crumbs and dust with a soft brush or vacuum cleaner, treat stains with mild soapy water and a damp cloth, and allow everything to air dry completely before storing. The mattress can be spot cleaned; if there is a removable cover, follow the washing instructions on the label. Do not use aggressive bleaching agents and do not dry in direct sunlight to prevent discoloration and wear. Carriers and caregivers who are often on the go benefit from easy cleaning and quick-drying materials. If in doubt about stubborn stains or structural damage, consult the manual and replace damaged parts for safety reasons.

I really am not at all

"Good products, although the website doesn't mention that you have to pay customs duties, which added an extra £40 to the purchase, so it wasn't much of a deal in the end."
