From the car to the patio: strollers that fold up quickly
The stroller that lasts the longest isn't usually the best one, but the easiest one.
The stroller that lasts the longest is rarely the best one, but it's usually the easiest to use. The faster it is to get in and out of the car, the less you have to think about it.
One movement, one hand
See if you can fold it up in one motion, and if you can do it with one hand. Models that require two hands and three steps tend to stay at home more often than you'd like.
Does it stay in place when it's closed?
If a stroller stays upright after you fold it up, you can set it down for a moment to pick up your child. If it tips over, you'll always be short one hand.
Will it fit in the trunk without any hassle?
Don't just measure the height—also check to see if it fits next to the groceries. Being able to fold it up compactly is especially convenient if you don't have to unload it every time.
Carry bag or handle
When traveling by plane or train, a carry bag makes the difference between lugging and carrying. The Air Buggy and the Luxe Easy² are designed specifically for this purpose.
