"The order missed the 48-hour delivery promise without any communication—we had to contact them after a few days' grace period. Customer service initially said the product was out of stock, even though it continued to show as available on the website. A replacement was suggested, then it was stated that the original product was available. Due to the need for rapid delivery before the holiday, we requested cancellation unless delivery could be guaranteed or the address could be changed. The order was delivered weeks after the initial promise to a neighbor, even though we no longer wanted it. The product delivered was not as advertised. We were expected to cover the cost of returning the product that was not delivered. In summary, this could not have been a worse customer experience. Promises were made but not kept. Communication was nonexistent until requested, and even then it was inconsistent. No offer of compensation was made for any of these issues, and at the end of the process, we are left with a substandard product that we no longer want or need."
