What a mess this company is!!

"1 HUGE disaster with this company!! Too bad, because the product looked good. Delivery took way too long, and even after returning it (within 2 days), I still haven't received a refund. (They even charged me extra for shipping again.) I sent it back on April 28 and received a notification that it had arrived. They do respond to emails, saying the issue has been forwarded and that it’s not right, etc. Now I’m really fed up. I’m going to try contacting Kassa or something. It’s become a matter of principle now. Unfortunately, giving zero stars isn’t an option, so I’ll just give it 1. Definitely not recommended!"
