"The order was canceled on June 2 due to yet another late delivery and poor communication. I received confirmation of this on the same day. The bikes were finally shipped late on June 3. DPD left them at the door without ringing the doorbell, so I couldn’t refuse them. I’ve been trying for several days now to return the bikes free of charge. Instead of an employee looking into this properly, I’m only getting standard responses."

It's a pretty good product,

"It's a pretty good product, considering the price of competing products. The large front wheel for jogging is difficult to use. I wish the trailer had a lock that secured it to the bike, and the brake can't be used on downhills because as soon as you engage it, the rear wheels lock up. Otherwise, I'm very happy with the product."

A little disappointed

"I'm pretty disappointed. The two small wheels don't roll smoothly, the stroller is hard to steer, and sometimes one of the wheels doesn't touch the ground. The large wheel is stable but isn't practical for running because it's impossible to steer the stroller left or right. I haven't tried it with the bike yet."

The food is okay, I guess, and

"The price is okay, and that's the biggest plus. The main downside is that you have to tighten the bike hook really tightly to keep it from moving. Unfortunately, the infant insert doesn't fit the Model 1, so you have to return it at your own expense. Otherwise, it's a solid 4 stars."

Very nice product

"A very nice, high-quality product. It was also easy to assemble and to attach and detach from my bicycle. We are very satisfied with the product. The only downside was the delivery process. Perhaps because we had to have the package shipped to Denmark, it took longer than expected and there were some issues with the shipping company. However, communication with the supplier was very quick and helpful. I would definitely recommend this company and product!"

Multifunctional!

"So convenient! I love hopping on my bike with the trailer attached to pick up my oldest and drop them off at daycare. I can also just bring the baby along in the baby seat, and if I decide to run a quick errand, I unhook it, attach the wheels, and continue on foot with the trailer. There’s no other solution this easy when you have a baby!"

"A stroller that offers good value for the price. It glides smoothly on the road thanks to its running and walking wheels. And there's plenty of room inside, too. The wheels are a bit wobbly and don't lock securely in place. It's not a safety hazard, though, since they don't come loose. All in all, a good choice."
