Disappointing service when dealing with a damaged tent
"A while ago, I ordered a tent from Deryan Klarna. The delivery was delayed, so I couldn’t use the tent for the festival I’d bought it for and ended up having to borrow one. When I later wanted to take a look at the tent to possibly lend it to a friend, I discovered that it was damaged. As a result, the tent has not been used and has been neatly packed back into its original box. I immediately contacted customer service to report this and start the return process. I received a link to request the return, but it was rejected because the 14-day return period had supposedly expired. However, this does not take into account the fact that the delivery was delayed and that the damage was only discovered later. This is not a regular return, but a product that was delivered damaged. Since I reported the issue, I haven’t received any substantive response or solution, even though I’ve received several emails asking me to write a review and rate the service. That’s why I’m writing this review: not because I want to be negative, but because I would have liked to see my problem taken seriously. I still hope that Deryan will Deryan and come up with an appropriate solution."
