Very poor product
"The delivery arrived after more than a month. I had to constantly follow up with them to find out what was happening with my purchase, and I wouldn’t get a response for days. Eventually, the product arrived, but when I opened it and put it together, it looked like it had already been used. The remote doesn’t work properly, nor do the buttons on the main console. And the toy bar is missing. When I complained, I still didn’t receive an email until over five days later, and they expect me to drop it off so they can get the product back—even though it was delivered right to my doorstep. Very poor service from the start."
