A night at Disneyland

An overnight stay in Disneyland

Last September, I went to Disneyland Paris with my husband (Maarten) and our three-year-old child (Björn). We had been looking forward to our evening at Disneyland for over six months. Björn is crazy about Disney characters, he has been watching different Disney films and series since he was born. That's why Maarten and I decided to surprise him for his birthday with a night in the beautiful Disneyland Paris. Which of course wasn't a punishment for us.

We made the decision to go by train or car. By train, you are not bothered by the crowds on the road and parking fees, but by car, you can travel easily and you don't have to drag your luggage with you. Finally, we decided to go by car. So we left our hometown (Emmen) for Paris. We had planned about eight hours, so we chose to leave around midnight to still have a full day in the park.

After a long journey during which Björn slept regularly. Maarten and I took turns driving. We first brought our luggage to the room so that the three of us could have breakfast together. After breakfast we took our first steps in the park. As we knew that Björn would not be able to continue walking all day, we had already taken the Rolo buggy from DERYAN with us in advance. This allowed Björn to occasionally sit in the stroller and we could put food and drinks at the bottom of the stroller.

After an excellent first day, ended with a dinner and a night at Disneyland, we also spent the second day strolling around. But around three o'clock, we started our way back to Emmen. Back home, we can look back on two great days that Maarten, Björn and I enjoyed. Highly recommended to everyone!
