"An absolute disaster! I never received the Bolt rain cover. On April 6, I was promised that it would be sent later, since it was missing from the main shipment. On April 14, I was told that the shipment had been 'prioritized.' Today is April 22 and I still have nothing! No product, no tracking number, just automated emails. It’s raining in Germany and I can’t use the strollers. Customer service is terrible!"
