Customer Service Representative

This means that when a problem arises, they expect to be offered a solution as quickly as possible. It is important that the customer has to do as little as possible to achieve this. Every day we are working to ensure and improve that experience.

What will you do?
Various diverse work will be performed, such as answering the phone, email, chat, WhatsApp, and other customer-facing tasks?

What does your position look like?
As an employee in the customer service department, you are the first point of contact for our customers.

Your main task in this role is to speak to our customers over the phone, but you will also handle other communication channels.

You have a central role in the team for both clients and colleagues. In addition, the position consists of various administrative tasks that you perform together with your colleagues. Within the customer service team you work together with 10 colleagues.

You

  • Have a completed and relevant MBO diploma (or higher)/ HAVO gap year)
  • Has excellent command of the Dutch language both verbally and in writing
  • Has good communication skills and a customer-oriented attitude
  • You master the Dutch language, knowledge of the English language is a plus.
  • Has good listening skills
  • Are patient and think in solutions.
