An overnight stay at Disneyland

An overnight stay in Disneyland

Last September, I went to Disneyland Paris with my husband (Maarten) and our three-year-old child (Björn). We had been looking forward to our night at Disneyland for over six months. Björn is crazy about Disney characters, he has watched various Disney films and series since birth. That's why Maarten and I decided to surprise him on his birthday with an overnight stay in beautiful Disneyland Paris. Which of course was not a punishment for us.

We made the decision whether to go by train or car. By train you are not bothered by traffic on the road and parking costs, but by car you can travel at ease and you do not have to drag your luggage with you. In the end, we decided to go by car. So we left our hometown (Emmen) for Paris. We had planned approximately eight hours, so we chose to leave around 00:00 so that we still have a full day in the park.

After a long journey where Björn slept regularly. Maarten and I took turns behind the wheel. We first took our luggage to the room so that the three of us could have breakfast together. After breakfast we took our first meters in the park. Since we knew that Björn wouldn't be able to keep walking all day, we had already brought DERYAN's Rolo buggy in advance. This allowed Björn to sit in the stroller from time to time and we could put some food and drinks in the bottom of the stroller.

After a fantastic first day, which ended with dinner and an overnight stay in Disneyland, we spent the second day wandering around as well. But around three o'clock we started the journey back to Emmen. After returning home, we can look back on two wonderful days that Maarten, Björn and I enjoyed. Highly recommended for everyone!
