Customer Service Employee

What will you be doing?
You will be performing various tasks, such as answering the phone, email, chat, WhatsApp, and other customer-oriented activities.

What does your position look like? 
As a member of the customer service department, you are the first point of contact for our customers.

Your main task in this role is to assist our customers by telephone, but you are also comfortable with other communication channels.

You have a central role in the team for both customers and colleagues. In addition, the position consists of various administrative tasks that you perform together with your colleagues. Within the customer service team, you will work with 10 colleagues.

You

  • Have a completed and relevant MBO diploma (or higher) / HAVO gap year)
  • Have excellent command of the Dutch language, both verbally and in writing
  • Have good communication skills and a customer-oriented attitude
  • You have mastered the Dutch language, knowledge of the English language is a plus.
  • Have good listening skills
  • Are patient and think in solutions.
