What will you do?
You will perform various activities, such as answering the phone, sending emails, chatting, WhatsApp and other customer-oriented activities?

What does your job look like?
As a customer service employee, you are the first point of contact for our customers.

Your most important task in this role is to speak to our customers by telephone, but you are also open to other communication channels.

You have a central role in the team for both customers and colleagues. In addition, the position includes various administrative tasks that you perform in collaboration with your colleagues. Within the customer service team, you work with 10 colleagues.

You

  • Have a completed and relevant MBO (or higher) diploma / HAVO gap year)
  • You have an excellent command of the Dutch language, spoken and written
  • You have good communication skills and a customer-oriented attitude
  • You have a command of the Dutch language, knowledge of the English language is an advantage.
  • Has good listening skills
  • Be patient and think about solutions.
