You will perform various activities, such as answering the telephone, e-mailing mail, chat, WhatsApp, and other customer-oriented activities?

What does your position look like?
As an employee of the customer service department, you are the first point of contact for our customers.
Your most important task in this role is to speak to our customers by telephone, and you're also comfortable with other communication channels.
You'll play a central role in the team for both customers and colleagues. Plus, the position involves various administrative tasks that you'll handle with your colleagues. You'll be working with 10 colleagues within the customer service team.
You
- Have a completed and relevant MBO diploma (or higher) / HAVO gap year)
- You have excellent command of the Dutch language, both spoken and written.
- You have good communication skills and a customer-oriented attitude.
- You have a strong command of the Dutch language; knowledge of English is a plus.
- Has good listening skills
- Is patient and thinks in solutions.
