As Logistics Manager, you are ultimately responsible for the daily operation of our logistics processes, from shipment to return, from staff planning to contact with carriers such as DPD. You will build, lead and optimize a team that processes thousands of packages daily and ensures that everything happens on time, flawlessly and efficiently.

You are the link between the office, warehouse and external carriers and continuously monitor quality, costs and customer satisfaction. You bring structure, spot bottlenecks before they arise and make sure everything runs smoothly behind the scenes.

The impact you make

- You manage the warehouse managers in Apeldoorn and are ultimately responsible for their performance and achieving logistical KPIs.
- You monitor and optimize the entire logistics process: from order processing and shipping to returns and stock locations.
- You draw up staff schedules and ensure that the right people are in the right place.
- You are the point of contact for carriers such as DPD and ensure smooth cooperation and low error margins.
- You monitor performance, analyze data and implement improvements based on insights.
- You ensure a structured, safe and efficient working environment in which everyone knows what their responsibility is.
- You identify bottlenecks and come up with solutions that speed up processes and reduce costs.

What do you bring?

- You have a category B driving license
- At least 3 years of experience in a leading logistics role.
- You are organizationally strong, love structure and enjoy working with figures and processes.
- You are a true leader: you motivate people, dare to address them and know how to take teams to a higher level.
- You are proactive, think in terms of solutions and switch quickly between strategy and operation.
- Experience with e-commerce logistics and/or contact with carriers is a plus.
