Choosing a 200 × 90 cm " DERYAN" bed tent
The DERYAN Ivory Bed Tent, measuring 200 × 90 cm, is a bed tent designed for a bed of that size. It is intended to create a defined sleeping area and help keep insects out. It is a different product from the Baby Luxe or Toddler Luxe and is not a standalone travel crib.
Measure the existing bed
Check the mattress size and the structure around the bed. Just because the packaging lists a compatible size doesn’t mean every bed frame, riser, or bed surround will work. Follow the assembly instructions and make sure the tent isn’t pinched or pulled out of alignment anywhere.
Also check the space above and next to the bed. The user must be able to get in and out easily, and the opening must remain easily accessible. Make sure that a nightstand, cable, or curtain isn't in the way.
Keep the openings clear
Use the openings provided as intended. Do not hang any extra blankets or string lights over or inside the tent. A sleeping tent must not unnecessarily restrict ventilation or bring loose cords into the sleeping area.
Explain to your child how the opening works and make sure it is appropriate for his or her developmental stage. Be sure to follow the age and usage guidelines in the manual.
Maintenance is part of the decision-making process
Check the mesh, zippers, and seams regularly. When cleaning, use only the recommended method, and let the tent dry before storing it. Stop using it if any part is damaged.
So choose the bed tent based on the existing bed and the user. The goal is to find a suitable addition to a suitable sleeping area, without changing the basic setup or ventilation.
