Baby Luxe or Toddler Luxe: Which “ DERYAN ” travel crib is right for you?
The DERYAN Baby Luxe is smaller and lighter than the Toddler Luxe. If you’re primarily looking for a compact set for a young child, the Baby Luxe is the first model to consider. If you need more space, compare it to the Toddler Luxe. Be sure to check the dimensions of both the unfolded bed and the carry bag.
These are the differences in size
The following information applies to the tested Cream models:
- Baby Luxe: 118 × 74 × 53 cm when unfolded, 1.8 kg, and 36 × 7 × 36 cm when packed in the carrying bag.
- Peuter Luxe: 136 × 91 × 72 cm when unfolded, 2.4 kg, and 50 × 50 × 10 cm when packed in the carrying bag.
So the Baby Luxe takes up less luggage space. The Toddler Luxe requires more floor space at your destination. If you’re staying in a small hotel room or a trailer, measure in advance where the bed can go, making sure there’s enough space around the doorways.
What's included?
Both selected models come with a 3.5-cm self-inflating mattress, a cotton cover with a zipper, and a carrying bag. If you choose a different model, please check the contents again: model names and colors do not guarantee that the set will be exactly the same.
Look beyond the age rating
DERYAN specifies 0 to 2.5 years for the Baby Luxe and 0 to 4.5 years for the Toddler Luxe. Use should also be appropriate for your child’s development and size, as well as the bed’s instructions. Do not place an extra mattress on top to make the sleeping surface softer.
Ultimately, choose the size that best suits your needs. More interior space is nice if you need it; a smaller package is easier to carry.
