Logistics Team Leader Internship

Would you rather learn how to lead than just read about it? In this internship, you’ll shadow our warehouse team leaders and gradually take on your own responsibilities on the shop floor.

What will you be doing?

• Assist with the day-to-day management of the warehouse team.
• Help with planning and assigning tasks throughout the day.
• Monitor whether agreements and processes are being followed, and take corrective action when they are not.
• Conduct quality checks on orders and returns.
• Implementing an improvement project, such as one focused on work instructions or the layout of the production floor.

Who are you?

• You are pursuing a degree in logistics, business administration, or management.
• You're not afraid to speak up: be friendly, but clear.
• You're practical, organized, and keep a cool head when things get busy.
• You must be available at least four days a week in Elst.
