Re-commerce & Showroom Manager

DERYAN strong growth, and orders are pouring in. This growth also presents challenges: our returns process and showroom sales aren’t currently receiving the attention they deserve. That’s why we’re looking for a Re-commerce & Showroom Manager who will run this division as if it were his or her own store.

What will you be doing?

You’ll be in charge of our returns process, our second-chance platform, our Marktplaats sales, and the showroom. You’ll make sure that returned items don’t sit around gathering dust, but instead generate revenue right away.

• Bringing structure: You’ll turn the returns warehouse into a streamlined, well-oiled machine.
• Management: You lead the team on the shop floor, monitor the processes, and keep the department tidy every day.
• Boosting sales: You evaluate returns and ensure that B-grade items are listed online quickly and with the correct description.
• Showroom: You welcome customers and view every visitor as an opportunity for an upsell or a lead.

• You have a hands-on approach and are a process-oriented thinker: you build systems rather than just putting out fires.
• You have a business mindset. You don't see a product with a scratch as a problem, but as an opportunity.
• You’re not afraid to lead with a firm hand: friendly but clear, and you take decisive action when agreements aren’t honored.
• You stay on top of things, even when it gets busy.
