What will you be doing?
You'll be handling various tasks such as answering the phone, emails, chats, WhatsApp, and other customer-focused activities.

What does your role look like?
As a member of the customer service team, you'll be the first point of contact for our customers.
Your most important task in this role is to speak to our customers by telephone, but you also won't turn away from other communication channels.
You play a central role in the team for both customers and colleagues. In addition, the position consists of various administrative tasks that you perform together with your colleagues. Within the customer service team, you work together with 10 colleagues.
You
- Has a completed and relevant MBO diploma (or higher) / HAVO gap year)
- You have an excellent command of the Dutch language, both verbally and in writing
- You have good communication skills and a customer-oriented attitude
- You have a good command of the Dutch language, knowledge of the English language is an advantage.
- Has good listening skills
- Is patient and thinks in solutions.
