Showroom & Second-Chance Sales Associate

DERYAN is growing rapidly in the Netherlands and Europe. Every day, thousands of customers place orders through our channels, and we welcome visitors to our showroom in Elst. To capitalize on every sales opportunity, we’re looking for a talented sales professional who thrives on customer interaction and closing deals.

What will you be doing?

You are the public face of our showroom and the driving force behind our in-store and online second-chance sales.

• Greet customers, provide advice, and proactively assist them in the showroom, with a focus on service and upselling.
• Maximize sales through Marktplaats and our own second-chance platform.
• Provide prompt and professional customer service via phone, email, and chat, and convert inquiries into actual orders.
• Ensure that the showroom looks sleek and attractive.
• Work quickly with the team to evaluate returned products and smartly reintroduce them to the market right away.

• You have strong communication skills, are sociable, and have a business-oriented mindset.
• You’re a smooth talker, you address objections, and you see opportunities for sales.
• You get a boost from targets, sales, and direct customer contact.
• You work independently, neatly, and in an organized manner.
• You are available from Tuesday through Saturday, our busiest showroom days.

Experience in retail, a (car) showroom, e-commerce, or direct sales is a plus. We value your commercial drive and attitude even more.

• A salary between €2,400 and €3,000 gross per month, depending on experience.
