Fun Halloween activities with your child(ren)!

It's Halloween! That means creeping out together again. No one is waiting for a little one with nightmares. That's why we have a list of fun activities for little ones!

Making a bat


Supplies:

  • Toilet roll
  • Paper
  • Scissors
  • Glue

 Roadmap:

  • Cut a piece of (black) paper to size and wrap/stick it around the toilet roll.
  • Draw two little wings and cut them out.
  • Glue the wings to the side of the toilet roll.
  • Finish it off nicely with a cute face and done!

 

Making pumpkin jar


Supplies:

  • (Glass) jar
  • Paint
  • Waterproof black marker

 Roadmap:

  • Clean the jar and dry the jar thoroughly.
  • Paint the jar orange.
  • Let the jar dry thoroughly.
  • Using the waterproof marker, draw a pumpkin face.

 
Making ghosts


Supplies:

  • An old sock
  • Piece of fabric
  • Scissors
  • Piece of string
  • Waterproof marker

 Roadmap:

  • Make a ball out of the old sock.
  • Wrap a piece of string around the sock.
  • Place the sock ball in the center of the piece of fabric.
  • Fold the piece of fabric around the ball and secure it with string.
  • A face completes the ghost.

 

Mask making


Supplies:

  • Printed out mask
  • Scissors
  • Colors
  • Elastic

 Roadmap:

  • Print out a mask and cut it out.
  • Color the mask.
  • Make a hole on both sides.
  • Cut the elastic in half, pass the elastic through the holes and tie a knot.
